High oil pressure

Quick question-Did anyone ever come across a case of the oil from a prop govener leaking back to oil galleries causeing excessive oil pressure and damage/leak to oil cooler on any of the well known piston engines?

hi there
Saw it on Conti IO-470 and IO-360-D. One blew an oil cooler.Possibly a seal being left out during overhaul.
