Routes to becoming an A/C Engineer

HI...

Just wondering ...what are the different routes to becoming an aircraft engineer (or getting an a/c enigneering license)?

Thanks, I have very little knowledge on the engineering issue, i hope someone will enlighten me here...

try looking in http://www.licencebypost.com/index.htm this is a usefull site to look at regarding engineering licences.
