Why is it so hard to find good pilets?
Have recently become involved in a super operation. Lots of opportunities for the right type of drivers....Just don't seem to be many suitable candidates that are happy to fly piston....and maybe turbine later......Help
The company cant afford to move the extended family, purchase a company car and pay comparitive airline salaries, for a C210 driver at 350 hours TT!!!:D   |
Pullpowa drop me an email I'm more than happy to come out to the middle of nowhere and work, Lived in the bush all my life, happy to work for the one company long term, no ties, no problems and no fuss.

Maybe because those looking can't find them in the Yellow Pages under pilets??:D :D :D
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Where's the kaboom. There is meant to be an Earth shattering kaboom!! |
maybe he meant PIKLETS....(granny made great piklets..yum yum)

Oh dear. I sincerely hope that the spelling mistake in the title of this thread is a wind up - in which case I will bite. If not, then I fear that our profession is in a serious state of disrepair.

g'day pullpowa,
Believe me there are plenty of honest, reliable pilots out there 500hrs+ with no work, or looking for a company where there is room to expand their experience onto twins and/or turbines later on.. Any chance you could drop me an email? Cheers, [email protected] |
Perhaps their becomming to chosey.

Pullpowa,
Should be easy enough, if you really want help, leave your email address or contact me. Also, no-one expects an airline salary for flying a 210, but if you're ridgy didge about opportunities (twin and or turbine?), that and the award wage should be all you'd need. |
Re: Why is it so hard to find good pilets?
Yeah Longhauler was joking...
I should have spelled it aviater.. :D  |
Hey pullpowa,

After shaking the tree, try waiting for the pilets to wake up before you make an offer. :D

Is all this anything to do with a certain top-end operation which may have copped a bit of publicity around here lately?

If you are seriously looking for some pilots then drop me a line as I too am doing the hard yards. Got some time and multi on decent (piston) twins and I am looking for a long term gig. [email protected] Edited cause I have more old email addresses than I can poke a stick at !!! |
