Cool

Whatever the company ops manual says it is! Or the limit of the take-off weight chart (hopefully the same as the SOP's, 5kts from memory).
Why do you ask two dogs?

The Twin Otter has a max downwind comp of 5 knots as per the AFM and Xwind up to 27 knots @ Flap 37.5 (This is not considered limiting-AFM)
