Wheels up at TL
That sort of stuff up should never happen - particularly as just about everyone is taught right from their first flight in a Cessna 150 that you should always never forget to say wheels down and locked even though it is a fixed gear aircraft.
On the other hand - maybe that's the hidden problem!

I think you'll will find Centaurus with this particular incident, they circled for a bit to burn off fuel as they knew they had gear problems. Wasn't a case of forgetting.
I was up NQ way yesterday and I think you'll find it was a Baron by the rego FWX - not 100% sure on that though.
Where is the Townsville Refueller? He'd know.

t53c i think you are right.
Aircraft landed on 07 after going around off 01.
At least courtesy was extended to any following traffic that might prefer to use the longer runway with the ILS...
I'll have to go get my ersa and ring the refueller for more info...
(edited for name correction)
