Aus CPL --------> JAA CPL, ATPL etc.

. I am very close to finished my Aussie CPL. No MCIR or ATPL yet.
I hold a dual citizenship for Malta and Aus, and i'm curious as to how much of my training will count towards JAA (?) qualifications.
I'm assuming i will have to sit conversion exams for everything, but what about the flying.? And what would make me employable, in Malta especially?
I hope someone can help me out, as i dont know anyone with first-hand knowledge on the subject.....

You need to do the JAA exams, GFT flying test, 50 hour IR course and the list goes on & on!
