Thumbs down

Seems like they have gone to alot of trouble to make you stay online..Why not simply make it so that you can download the entire PDF file, then you can access it on the laptop away from a phone connection, anytime you wish....Guess they plan to charge for it later.

P-Air,
I agree with you in that it would be nice to be able to download the lot....however the way it is formatted/presented means that for those who don't have a broadband connection the lag in getting a page on screen is a LOT less as it take quite a while for the on line Adobe Reader to load from Adelaide when you want to find out about Yeundumu (has ANYONE been there? ).

Oh well, it is better than nothing and at least they are using a tried and true delivery system (pdf).

What I really want is the lot downloaded so I can stick it into my Palm and reduce the Kgs in my nav bag

MAx

Download that ERSA!!!! go you good thing

Also guys dont forget about how big the file would be if it were just lumped into one file. HHHaaaUUUUUUUGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

This would take hours on a 28.8 kbs modem

Best way to do it would be to get downloading software like 'Getright' from download.com, that you can set up to store a bunch of file to download. So each time you are online it downloads a little bit and when you disconnect your modem it will stop where it is and resume from that same point when you are next online. Baically allows you to not have to start downloading each file again, and it runs in the background after setting the whole thing up.

HANDY!!! i did mine this way and it tells you each time the files are finished.

have fun
