Here's hoping they are not all as bad as CZQ(supposedly). From what I have heard, DJ had a hell of a lot to fix after being told that this a/c was the one that neede the least amount of work.
Good Luck!

If memory erves me correctly, CZQ was about the last 733 to arrive at AN. If it is the same one, it's initial service was done by ANZ prior to entering revenue service with AN.

Buster

Re'it's initial service was done by ANZ prior to entering revenue service with AN'.

Another example of the crap put out by Air NZ Engineering Services.
The same occured with all the 737s outsourced there. Also, RMC when it entered the AN fleet a couple of years ago, had a woeful despatch reliability which took us some six months to bring up to scratch. Then they took it back off us!
Something else we can thank the kiwis for...

Buster, AN Lame

CZQ & R both had 4C checks carried out by British Midlands prior to entry into AN. They had cabin refits at ANZ. They spent more time on the ground in Oz than any other 737.

You are spot on about the other 737's and RMC.

Regards,
Rmm

The first of the machines is now up and running 142 config and registerd G CELS the second due on line August as G CELU. From a limited number of sectors LS appears to fly straight and although it has a few niggles don't most aircraft fresh off check? She seemed to cope ok with 8 sectors a day the first week on line
