How Long Will Virgin Keep Hiring?

Now that Virgin is looking at 300 pilots this year, does anyone know how long the hiring will go on for??
Still 70 hours away from the entry requirements so hopefully it will go on for a while yet.
Thanks in advance for any info...

50 aircraft is the projection and six crews per aircraft. It'll be happening for a while.

DEC's? Surely there aren't enuff experienced FO's to promote to the left side within the time frame arrival of the new Airbuses - are there??

A320? - tell 'em they're dreamin '

Well take it or leave it.......

A320's are no go. Already having enough problems with lack of talant.....both pilots & engineers.

Not enough people spare to train and retrain on type.

Then again, if Airbus come up with the deal of the century.........
