eh eh eh eh eh

Believe it or not I recently saw a DC4 at Grayson County (Texas) airfield that was being prepared for return to service for precisely this sorta job.

And they were dead serious, must have been watching how we do it down here.

And here am I thinking that it was being prepared for the Air Show circuit.

Would have been a great day job in the right weather, but then you have to understand that those crews like our Chieftain freight crews need to be a rare highly skilled breed to operate "routinely" 24/7 right in the middle of it all.

Dale; enjoyed your company immensely as well as that of your freight . I'll bet there are nights when you wished you were at your other job and other nights you wished you were at your other job.

Five Chieftains or Two Grand C208 would do the job for us,

10 trips for the PA31-350, 11 if you have to off load freight to carry the mates!

That will be $2 per kg Gaunty to go in the big bucket to buy the van

how often?

time critical?

infrastructure at each end?

dangerous, wet or animals?

departure and arrival times?
