Not before 02:30 (I think, hard to be sure), there were plenty of people round topless by that point though. But they were all blokes.

Triage Sister at Royal Darwin Hospital to patient after 3rd pilot admission to casualty that night, er morning:

Name.....occupation......Pilot? What's going on with pilots tonight?

Wasn't malicious behaviour, just a bit of a mishap after some serious Cas Crawl revelry. More like a garden party atmosphere as the Coppers, Paramedics did their bit - only thing missing was the Twinings Tea!

I guess the person standing out the car window as it followed the ambulance to RDH summed it up. "HOSPITAL.....WOO HOO"!
