Post David Bergus ( spelling optional )

Would appreciate any info on David Bergus ( too long ago to remember correct spelling ). Last I heard, over 25 years ago, he intended heading for PNG, from Sydney, but I never heard where or how he ended up.
Any info appreciated to help join the dots of history.

Isn't he Col Pay's main man in Scone? I think I heard him flying an 802 at the Peak Hill bushfire on Xmas eve.

You have spelt his surname correctly btw

Thumbs up

HdG, DB is still Cols Main Man and Ag trainer at Scone. Currently flying AT802s there was a write-up in The Land about 4 weeks ago.

DB is in Morouya this week, coming back Friday; you can reach him through Pays' Air Service, PO Box 188, Scone NSW 2337.

Alternately: (02) 6545-1166 Mon-Fri 8:00-16:30.

Small point of order; Spelling, in written communication, is compulsory. However, Correct spelling seems to be the exception rather than the rule in this medium!

Remind me to never challenge you to syntax(es) at 40 paces Bendo !!
Thanks again - really happy to see that Dave got where he wanted to be.
