Following is an extract from the Sunshine Coast Daily dated Monday 7th January, under the headlines, Present puts Fred in a spin

[quote]Fred Lindridge was grinning from ear to ear yesterday afternoon. You would think after being subjected to 2Gigahertz of force, barrel rolls and speeds of 700 kilometres an hour over the Sunshine Coast in a jet fighter plane, he would be shaking like a leaf.
But the 70-year-old said it was the ride of his life and the best Christmas present he had ever been given.
"It was awesome" he said. "I absolutely recommend it to anyone."<hr></blockquote>

and then this

[quote]The flights are among many activities offered by Brisbane-based company Extreme Action Adventure and company director and owner Melanie Gray said the company was travelling along the east coast of Australia offering the adrenalin rush to anyone interested.
She said the plane reached speeds up to 830 kilometres an hour and could legally take people up to 5 Gigahertz, but most could only handle 3.5 to4G.
"There's two places you can do this now - Russia and Australia" she said<hr></blockquote> <img src="confused.gif" border="0"> <img src="confused.gif" border="0"> <img src="confused.gif" border="0"> <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

Which leads to the question - when reheating last night's left-overs, how many G's does a microwave oven pull?

(Judging by the splatter marks - quite a few, I'd say)

I chuckled at the first paras , but I reckon you left out one of the best bits Nasa, the penultimate para finally broke me up - cornflakes everywhere -

"And one of the fun things about the jet fighter was sitting right next to the pilot with full frontal views"

Question

Is this a two seat Hunter, a Russian built plane or something else please?
I know of a two seat Hunter that was planning pleasure flights up that way, just wondering if it was in the air now.
