RAIM, there is no distinction between weight categories as far as lighting and RPT is concerned.
You will find the reference in Jepps AU-301 Section 2 "Suitability of Aerodromes" 2.1.1 (b) (2)

Not quite applicable to lighting, but curtails night operations into certain aerodromes for >5700 kg regardless of lighting…
“An aircraft operating under the IFR by night, having a MTOW greater than 5,700 kg is not permitted to operate to an aerodrome which does not have an approved instrument approach procedure” Jepps A-602 para 1.10.
