AN tactical recruitment
I have a theory.
About 6 months ago, GT and his boardroom boys sit down to thrash out a plan to weather the impending storm.
"How do we make it look as though AN is doing fine" says GT.
"I know" says top adviser, "healthy airlines are recruiting pilots, we could try that"
"Good plan" says GT "fire up pilot recruitment, bring in a 100 blokes and ask them tricky pilot type questions, chuck them in the sim for an hour and then tell them they are on the hold file. That way everyone will think we are doing great"
What do you reckon?
