Anybody know what experience level they normally look for and if they make you pay for the ground courses/type ratings. Had heard rumours in the past of paying for ratings and then getting paid handsome salaries in the low 20's.

Yeah the ground corse im pretty sure has started & some of the crews from the 31 are movin up, so there hopefully a few gaps opening in the bottom *HOPEFULLY*
I've heard of ppl paying for there rating before, but generally if they want you, then they pay for it, guess thats why pay aint so hot
