Qandom Pay Structure?
As I understand it, there is some disparity between the Qandom & QF International pay scales as a result of the '89 debacle.(ie in real terms the Qandom 'heroes' are on more dosh)
As the current CEO of QF was 2IC at TN when the "dispute" started and eventually CEO when "Bow-Tie" quit and is therefore well versed in the psychology of divide and conquer, I guess it's only a matter of time before he wakes up to the fact that he has an ideal opportunity to slash the pay of the domestic aircrew.
Lets face it, jobs overseas have dried up,they have no effective union and there is a ready and willing band of AN 'heroes' who would be happy to jump in and "help out" even at half the pay! They could even polish up all those well used excuses..."I did it for my family" etc.
