personality types for QF recruitment?

Druglord, Myers Briggs isn't cheap at all. I got mine done through a different organisation to QF for nil cost but I've been led to believe that due to the licensing costs, it can be upwards of a few hundred dollars!! <img src="eek.gif" border="0">
I think MBTI stands for 'Myers Briggs Type Indicator' but don't quote me on that. The MB does stand for 'Myers Briggs' though!

Captain TJ recently went through the Big Red selection process. Didn't he? Maybe you could try appealing to his easy going nature and ask him for some advice. A man so affable, approachable and personable would be delighted to assist I'm sure.

I am a ESTJ also ... My whole year had the tests done years ago at school. Funny thing was that is said I should become a Police Man or be a Hostie! Not a pilot! I got news for it! As the above says , only 80% right !.
