Question Parked CRJ's & Boeing BBJ's

I noticed on Sunday that some of the KD CRJ's are well & truly parked now. Windows covered over & parked near the F28's at Tulla. Surely they can't seriously be hanging onto what must be expensive fence sitters like these? There must be a ready made market for them, even after the global slump?

Also, anyone at Tulla see the gray-ish BBJ at Tulla on the same day? I just saw it taxiing as I drove past & wondered if it was belonging to the Shark?? If it was Greg's, I'd have thought MEB would've been a cheaper place to operate into, unless it's too big for there?

Thumbs up

The great white shark, the former world number one owns a gulfstream five, its a great looking jet with its dark black pinstrips. In fact he did place a order for a bbj at launch but cancelled it and brought the gulfstream five. 1GN is the rego. Do you know the call sign of the bbj ? then i can work out who owns the great beast. I guess the crj will be cheap as chips, perhaps i can get so guys who may pick then up for use here. The scene here is picking up with the economy looking at heading up again.

The BBJ that you saw is N366G. It was also at the Qantas Jet Base, Sydney, on Monday 4th Feb.. .It is a B737-75V, and owned by General Electric. Often used by the company's President.

Norman's G-V rego N1GN was sitting next to Jack Nicklaus's G-III rego N1JN at EN the other day.

Oh to have a Gulfstream.

Wink

Cheers all!

Night Owl. No intention to write them off, just hard to get 'em going when they're all shut up like that.

Warning star. You sure it wasn't the Enron jet in hiding?? <img src="eek.gif" border="0">
