Well being a druglord, I would have thought offering free drugs would help. The clients might not be a great bunch, but Im sure there will be many.

How about you find some more drug lords like yourself, form a cartel and get some low level night freight runs organized ?

Seriously - same way every other business grows advertise get a customer or two and treat them well.

I used to throw in a pack of winfield blues if someone flew with me instead of the competition.

It often clinched the deal.

get hold of a fire truck and flood some roads. Then drive in and out and bog with old holdens and prevent anyone from crossing.

Throttlemonkey,

The Cartel idea is not a bad one but alas it's already been done.

C'mon fellas many of us here from Aust know this bloke and he would really appreciate some serious answers. So please if you have ideas on how to help his company grow and get some more charters feel free to throw some ideas his way.

Do what our company and the oppositions here does and have people in bookings who reeeeeally want to sell flights and tickets. Push hard and be helpful.

Tell us what you are selling and it may be easyer to help.

Hope this helps . .PS you have mail.
