AN Pilots looking for work?
Just curious as to wether AN pilots are having any luck looking for new jobs.
i.e. with QF, Cathay, Korean, Singapore, Silkair, Vietnam Airlines, Dragonair, Impulse, NJS, RAAF, QF regional's, JAS and possibly many other aviation operators.
And if the drivers that are getting jobs with these airlines, are they taking any hero's/ scabs, as I would presume some of those pilots would not be acceptable to some of these operators.
Or is everyone just holding on hoping for the best, that ANII will return victorious?
edited for my dredful spelling and grammer.
Spell checker please!! :o

Hello George, I do know for a fact that many AN drivers have been interviewed by various operators including some described in your post above(except RAAF). I am aware that some A320 Captains have been offered contracts with Silkair. I do know that these guys are of late '90 vintage. Acouple of FOs have gone to Emirates and just about everyone that I have spoken to has applied. A couple of Captains have gone to SQ as well. Due to world events, it is not a very good time to be looking for work.
