Talking smile on your dial about VB

Something to put a smile on the dial, even VB supporters.

Yesterday at LST, Ansett Administrators realized that Virgin were using their equipment without permission and promptly had everything locked up. Now they are doing turn arounds on 737's with 3 trolleys, one tug, one ramp cargo loader and two sets of steps.

Something for the VB knockers - When they started at LST airport they wanted to use their Shell Aviation account, but alas Shell Aviation is not in Tasmania.

Not highly organized but the best looking Hosties!

With a captial H because they must are heavenly.

Sorry forgot to mention the marquee. Does everyone know that Tassie tax payers are footing the bill for a "terminal marquee" for VB. They claimed Ansett administrators wouldn't let them use the terminal, but they should have said wouldn't let them use it for free!

Sounds like the Darwin equipment for VB : One push back tug, one barrow tug, 4 barrows, one steps, one candy cart, one water cart.

Good one fuelmaster - Story I heard was that this leased equipment was locked up, in preperation for its sale!!! Strange how it happened on Feb 1st, the day after the sale to tesna was supposed to go through!!

I guess m&m have to get money from somewhere, an does this mean that shortly heaps more equipment around Oz will be going on the market!!

Cool

You must be VERY new to the game fuelmaster, your statement, [quote]Now they are doing turn arounds on 737's with 3 trolleys, one tug, one ramp cargo loader and two sets of steps.

is SOP's for MANY, MANY airline operators of not only 73's, but also 76's, A320's, A300's, and even occasionally 747's , with pax being transported by 'bus to the arrival terminal.

Home Brew has raised a very poignant, REAL possibility as to the truth for the Ansett equipment being pulled, when he says,. ."Story I heard was that this leased equipment was locked up, in preparation for its sale!!! Strange how it happened on Feb 1st, the day after the sale to tesna was supposed to go through."
