COMMERCIAL HELICOPTER PILOT
NSW based operator has position available for casual/relief pilots, possibly leading to full time position. Normally based Sydney but must be available for work anywhere in Australia. Min. requirements 1500 PIC with 500 turbine. Endorsements on Jetranger and AS350, with long line, bucket work, night rating and general low level bush experience and survey work an advantage. An applicant with experience/ability to act as Chief Pilot from time to time would be favourable considered. Hands on position, must be enthusiastic, flexible, team member. Accuracy with paperwork essential. Computer skills an advantage. Hunter Region SLSA Helicopter Rescue Service Ltd seeks suitable qualified pilot for 2 year contract to join aeromedical service based Newcastle, commencing approx. 1/12/01.
Flying Bell 407 on both EMS and other flying duties. Essential qualifications [helicopter]: 2000 PIC, 1000 PIC turbine, 50 PIC Night VFR, Sling/winch endorsements. Desirable: SAR/EMS experience, extensive B407, B206L or AS350 experience, current instrument rating [fixed or rotary]. Salary package to be negotiated commensurate with previous experience/qualifications. Relocation assistance provided. People have a go at flight crew wages! Boy have a go at what CASA are paying! Wonder when people will start to question those wages and what you get for your dollar...
