I would suggest pulling the load control certificate immediately and the use of the tailstand as a standard operating procedure.

What's that on the ground under the donkey's tail?
Looks like the C of G at Zero Fuel weight was not accounted for.

Whatever it is on the ground, you would have a similiar pile under you, if you were in that attitude, after the load was on.
