Back up IFR pilot possibly required for a week

I am a 500hr VFR pilot required to fly, as part of my non aviation job, to various places along the SE coast up to northern NSW possibly as soon as next week, for about a week.

Due to a pressing schedule of meetings I would like to take a back up IFR pilot to take over should conditions become IMC to ensure the schedule is kept.

Please note in terms of flying hours this is a back up role only, but of course intend to discuss and agree upon a satisfactory financial reimbursement for the service.

You may also want to consider stating a point of departure, type of aircraft being used and the equipment it is fitted out with to help in getting responses.
