Post QF B738

Browsing the QF schedules, Syd-Adl (6:10 dep) B738 is operational in March. Interestingly the abbreviation is 73H! Will keep updated as to more routes.

Other routes include Syd-Bne (2) , Syd-Ool (4), Mel-Bne (3), Mel-Cns (weekend), Mel-Ool (1), Adl-Mel (1), Cns-Ayq (1), Cns-Bne (1). Looks to be 6 or 7 aircraft operational by mid march.

Question

Any idea when the first aircraft arrives in Australia?

Maybe the 73H comes from 'H' being the eighth letter of the alphabet, just as 73G is the designator for the -700.

Thumbs up

Also a fifth aircraft, unsure of start date but it does:

BNE-MEL 0505-0820
MEL-OOL 0910-1010
OOL-SYD-OOL 1050-1405
OOL-MEL 1445-1755
MEL-BNE 1855-2000

Also note that the SYD-ADL-SYD-BNE etc aircraft only operates that schedule on weekdays. On Friday evening, the ADL-SYD leg changes to ADL-MEL, and then on weekend, the aircraft does MEL-CNS-MEL-BNE-MEL, and another aircraft subs back into the original with an evening BNE-SYD on sunday night 2035-2100.

Any conformation/no conformation on those ADL-OOL and HBA-BNE flights that were rumoured a while a go? Maybe someone could check galileo?
