The 728 is being built first and is moving along nicely, should be taking to the skies next year on its maiden flight, and going into service with Lufthansa in 2003.
The 928 is more distant, scheduled to enter service with Bavaria International in 2005.
The 528 is to be built after the 928, so that really is a long way away!
An interesting development to appear of late is a plan to have the resurrected 428Jet built under licence in China, although it is very much in the early stages of any deal being done.
