Post 737-400 to do NLK runs

Does anyone know who has bought a 737-400 to do Norfolk runs. Know bloke who has a ticket the NLK on QF paper, a/c type = 737 and mentions Yanda Airlines.

It's Air Nauru's 737-400 and it has been doing the run for quite some time

Question

Ops

Didn't the NLK community get touchy previously about the vibrations and takeoff thrust that a 737 produced hurting a church or similar near the runway?

I seem to recall some problem there but it may have been un-hushkitted 737-100s or 200s.

Regard

Not sure if it is the 3/400 doing the damage (if any) but it may have been ANZ 737-200 they took in there once a week (the other service was a 300).

The Air Nauru 737 operates on low pressure tyres I believe. When AN used to operate 737s only certain ones with low pressure tyres could operate out there

Cool

Problem at NLK is tyre pressure limit. Hence Weight is limited.

Air Nauru operate a -400, ANZ hasn't used a -200 into NLK for some time. Over a year from memory.
