Question FLT&DTY time recording

For all you commercial pilots out there, I was just wondering how you, or your employer kept record of your flight and duty times as per CAO? How many of you also use an electronic logbook, and is there the need for a program that could do both without a lot of input from you?
Thanks in advance for the info.

I wish we went by CAO 48, those damn exempions! We keep a record at work, on paper, and backed up by a PC program. It is pilot's resonsability to not exceed any duty/flight time.
