Post Who are the survivalists in AUS Aviation?

I don't consider myself a complete nut, but recent events (last two months) have shown me how fragile world security is.

In the past I have had acquaintences who are hard core survivalists who habitually hoard supplies and plan for worst case senarios.

I'm not one of them, but I am starting to make contingencies in my mind in case things get bad. Doesanyone else think like this?
