Post Skywest to get Fokker 100s????

Heard a rumour today that Skywest maybe getting 2 Fokker 100s to service Broome and Darwin.

I expect they would be ex-Flight West.

Anyone got more information??

A very interesting idea. Particularly when you consider that many Perth based Ansett WA pilots currently on stand-down were F28 pilots only 2 to 3 years ago.

I heard that rumor a few weeks ago and hope its true. The Air North Braz is the only RPT at this stage from Broome to Darwin. What we need however is another operator to run Broome - Perth and get this place back on the map.
