Strange place names appearing in google earth
In the last week or so I've been starting to get strange crylic type place names attached to pins in google earth. I didn't put them there.

Ive tried going through all sorts of settings to get rid of them, but deselecting place names or wiki icons gets rid of everything. Ideas anyone? |
Well at least it’s Cyrillic for “Cragieburn”; the correct road name! Try deleting the app and re-installing it?

Perhaps you drive fast and so Google thinks you're rushin.
Or a VPN is routing through a Russian speaking country. |

Also the scale is shown in metres not feet on my screen. I suggest you chase up settings which can be changed? https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/pprune....9ef180b467.jpg |
