You can download the plates themselves from the AIP on-line (http://195.217.206.162/aes/login.jsp) remembering any copyright considerations. To use them in RANT you've got to construct the SIDs and STARs yourself using the Procedures Builder (there are instructions in the help file). You can just fly the SIDs and STARs in the practice mode without doing this but you won't be told if you've followed them correctly. If you have Version 2 and are thinking of registering the SIDs so that the aircraft actually flys over the plate beware that SIDs and STARs are often not drawn to scale unlike approach plates.
