Is there a market for encrypted SMS text?

Mobile question I know, but is there a market for encrypted SMS texts, especially if they can be cocatenated (3 at a time?)

Just wondered why it hasn't been done

It looks very easy to do it on a phone with Java (J2ME has an API for sending SMS and it's easy to write a cryptor), so somebody probably has. However, for commercial applications if it's worth encrypting then it probably requires assured delivery as well (i.e. you know the message will arrive). SMS isn't any good for that.
