MGI Photosuite problem

Definitely one for the gurus, I think.
Home brew, W98SE, Duron 1100, 512 Mb, Lots of HD space. Loading Photosuite goes according to plan using default settings. Attempting to run Ps via either the desktop icon or the programme icon results in the appearance of the ...... 'Internet Properties' dialogue box.
The same thing happens if any of the icons within the programme are clicked. Right clicking the various icons gives the correct short cut address etc. and all info dialogue boxes appear to be correct.
The reason I know they are correct is that the same programme has loaded correctly and runs correctly on one other desktop (similar spec.) and on a laptop. Indications for all three are the same but the first one stubbornly refuses to work. Have uninstalled and re-installed five times with the same results. Anyone have any clues on this, please?

Update:- Just in case anyone else has a similar problem, the fix is to select 'default options' under the 'Advanced' tab in Internet Options. Instant cure!! (courtesy of the Photosuite website)
