Popup stopper keeps reinstalling on reboot
Hi everyone,,
For your perusal and hopefully fix:
MY problem is that i've uninstalled POP up stopper pro, ran every registry fixer i know and STILL, PUS keeps trying to reinstall itself whenever i reboot my baby.
Anyone have a fix please?
Running Win XP SP1, IE 6.
Regards
mo

From Panicware's web site"
Product Support
How do I uninstall a Panicware product?
To Uninstall one of our programs, simply uninstall it as you would any other software.
Exit the program.
Close all browsers, email programs and other running applications.
Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove programs, select the program you wish to remove and hit Remove.
Reboot if asked.
If you have previously tried to incorrectly uninstall our software, you may receive errors. If this happens, simply go to Program Files and delete the Panicware folder.

Thanks for the reply TR,
I did all you'd mentioned before putting this post here. I've figured it out however and have fixed it. The programme had set itself up in my 'hidden' start files. I ran jv16, found the culprit and deleted it
A Happy man
cheers again
