Gdsl... "g.s"...?

Has anyone out there got any info on the above? Same things, I believe - a synchronous alternative to ADSL proected to work up to 8kms from a completely non-upgraded exchange and tested up to downstream speeds of 8mb/sec!!!

I suspect I'm having my plonker pulled... can't find diddly on the good ole' web

Can anyone add anything? Or tell me I'm being wound up...
