Vodafone website access

I need to access my Vodafone (Hungary) account.

Apparently my email address, mobile phone number and the ID code that they supplied previously are all being "used by multiple accounts".

How can this be?

I've no experience of a Vodafone account but if , for example, I log into my Google or Paypal accounts I sometimes see several active accounts listed which correspond to the various computers, phones and iPad which I've used. I think it happens when the server has verified your login and decided to trust the device. When I see the option to trust a device I generally say 'No' so I'm always surprised to see how may devices have been remembered. I'm starting to suspect Google and Paypal don't ask?

This soft of thing could be what you're seeing?

Sounds like You need Vodafone to merge or clean up your accounts. The fastest way is To call or go into a branch. Make sure you tell them your personal details are linked to multiple accounts and you cannot log in. You need the accounts merged or one designated as primary

Failing that it might be quicker to go into a store with your phone and any old paperwork you have, make sure you mention you need a duplicate customer profile clean up! Hope you get it sorted
