Irish Aviation Authority SRS system

I have tried to get an account on the IAA SRS system, having put in my email and a password ( tried this with two different emails ) the system fails to reply to me. Enquiry by email shows that the system fails to see my incoming application.

Any one else has problems or can offer advice ?

The system is reportedly “not for pilots” at the moment, although they are using it to process payments.

Yes ! They won’t give me my license back until I pay…….. and I can’t pay until I get registered on their system and it fails to accept my email address very frustrating!
