Keyboard not working
My laptop keys keyboard stopped working but trackpad does. Found on screen keyboard is ok so device is useable.
its a ACER on Windows 10 about 6 years old
At the stage to uninstall Keyboard driver and re install.
Then reinstall Windows if that don't work
Anyone had similar? or other suggestion please
obviously it could a hardware issue

Have you tried simply rebooting? See if you can use the keys to access the BIOS. If you're feeling adventurous booting from a "live" Linux USB will tell you it's the keyboard or Windows.
Personally I think having a wired USB keyboard stashed in the cupboard along with a wired USB mouse are essential emergency tools for a laptop user.

Yellow exclamation mark by 'Keyboard' in Task Manager may give some indication.
Sounds like a faulty driver
However most laptop keyboards are not too difficult to remove so you could try reseating the connector - check your device's service manual
