Copies in OneDrive

Morning Everyone

This fool has hit the wrong button, and all my photos, video and documents are being copied to OneDrive; problem is they are already there, and so I am ending up with the original and a copy!
The process is still ongoing and may take a couple of days.
Does anyone have a solution as to how to stop this, and also easily remove the copies without me having to trawl through each folder and delete the copy individually?
Self-inflicted, I know ............

You should be able to pause the sync then delete from whichever drive you don't want them in.

Right click the blue cloud and pause syncing
