Screen Timeout "Never" on one ipad but not the other
Not being an expert on ithingees, I thought I'd ask the experts here.
Mrs Bloggs has an ipad Air 2 and it has a "Never" setting for her screen timeout, which is great when using it to follow recipes.
Mine, a ipad "5th generation", doesn't have that opton; it only has the times. As I do a fair amount of cooking (via recipes!) this is really annoying because I've got to wake it up after 15 minutes, passcode in (fingers too grubby for touch ID), then fire up Evernote (recipe holder) and passcode in to it as well (Evernote doesn't have a screen timeout disable that I can find).
Both are on ipados 13.4.1.
Can anybody shed any light on why I don't have "Never"? Does anybody else have a 5th gen ipad that does has "Never".

Do you by any chance have a works e-mail account on it that uses an Exchange Server? If so that will likely be the reason, these types of account can be set to disable the "Never" option for security reasons (the only way around this would be to remove the e-mail account from the device). The only other possibility I can think of is that low power mode is switched on (Settings > Battery > Low Power Mode), if that is on it would also disable the "Never" option.
