Can I run DOS game in Win98

Hi - I have been offered a game that on its box says MS DOS 5.0 or higher or Win 3.1...my puter is Win98 but obviously I can exit to DOS. Can I run this game?

There's no harm in trying!

If it doesn't run in Windowed mode (within win98) then you might have a few display/audio issues.. ie. you'll have to install DOS audio drivers.. OUCH!

A lot of the old dos games had the option of making a boot disk specific for that game as I recal, but as someone has said you will probably need to load dos sound card drivers.
