Talk Talk landline Phone settings

Yesterday Talk Talk announced that they will start charging in November for the 'Call Divert' function.
On checking my phone settings I found that call divert was selected. However this was not as I had set it up.
I changed my settings and confirmed the changes yesterday. Today on checking I find that they had all reverted back to the default settings.
So I changed it all back only to find it has reverted again. I have spent 1 hour with Talk Talk support who also can see the default setting but not my changes. Talk talk then set up my settings. So now i will give it 24 hrs to see whats happened and if the changes stick. So if you have a talk talk land line phone check your Phone Settings.

I have now received 2 e mails confirming my changes, which is great but not seen before when I made the changes online
