Anyone know why these updates will not install?

It could be any of many reasons. Working through the steps linked below helped me when I got into a similar situation a couple of months ago with a single update. (step #5 in my case)

Tone - Classic Shell has sadly been abandoned. It still works, but will eventually the updates will get it.
