My IPhone came with a 5W charger, I also have an IPad with a 11W charger, would any harm/problems result from using the 11W charger with the IPhone, same Lightning connector?

I've used both and haven't had any problems so far.

Providing the voltage of both chargers is correct, the device being charged will "pull" the required current for charging.
