How to uninstall

Hi,

I have a program on my Windows 10 laptop, it's actually my web building software, that has clearly been malfunctioning so I wish to uninstall and then reinstall.

But when I go to 'Apps & Features' to uninstall I get a pop-up that Windows cannot find the program and when I try to install again from a CD it tells me I need to uninstall the old program first.

Is there another route to uninstalling the program other than thru Apps & Features?

Thanks

Sorry Two Dogs, I've downloaded that and tried it 3 times now and it's not doing the trick.

Fingers crossed that I have done it ... From the Windows icon (bottom left) left click and scroll thru until you find the program then right click to select 'uninstall'
