Earthlink email problems
I have two Earthlink email addresses, for the past day or so I have been unable to send or receive emails through the earthlink addresses. I'm using Outlook 2013, but also have the same problem on an Android tablet. The error message is "operation timed out waiting for a response from the server".
I can't even get the earthlink home page via internet, again timed out. I can get other websites OK. I haven't changed any settings. I'm in Cyprus if that's relevant.
Any help or suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance

I can only say that I can access their website and ‘potter’ around it with no problems. I am not a member or user of their services so can’t say much more. I am UK based. There is a contact number on their home page - 866 383 3080 if it helps you.

Thanks for your reply.
I contacted the CYTA, the internet provider, they changed my ip address, and i rebooted the router. Can get Earthlink on the web now, so I think I'm on the way to a solution.
Just seemed very strange, two androids tablets, two phones and a W10 PC had the same problem

Have had this once with home broadband, changing the DNS servers on individual devices allowed them to route out (the Linux laptops carried on working anyway, set to a different DNS provider).
