Never used or heard of it. Seems expensive for what it is - a bootable Linux USB that runs Kaspersky, Sophos and Avira, all of which can be downloaded for free. I guess it all depends on how comfortable you are downloading and following simple instructions to create a bootable USB flash drive.
If the mere thought of that reduces you to a blubbering wreck then maybe it's for you. Very definitely an emergency tool but also one you could run occasionally as a back-up to your regular anti-virus program.
Has one nifty "trick" - replaces quarantined Windows files with a clean copy. They also provide chat and phone support, so I guess that's largely what you're paying for.
