Logten Pro no Sync

Hi, is it me that is having problems with Logten syncing between devices, it hasn't worked for a few weeks and even the updated app that said it has fixed the problem hasn't t worked, not happy, they should inform us that there is a problem and they are working on it, isn't this what we pay the subscription for?

I was having the same problem especially with syncing to my ipadpro but did the update and put a new entry into my iMac and it all seemed to work ok again. BTW had no problems with my iPhone
